Devae is a native of St. Marys, GA where she graduated from Camden County High School. From there she attended ABAC studying Forestry and Wildlife Management. After owning her own business for the past 12 years, Devae came to Akin Insurance in 2013. She is licensed in property and casualty insurance.
Devae married Ken Smith from Ashburn, GA, and together they own Smith Diesel Repair at I-75 in Wenona. They have three sons, Kenny, Will and Ben. Devae enjoys music, being outdoors, and weekends with family.
